Here at Luxurious Leopards we believe in 100% satisfaction, so if you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know so we can assist you in any way we can. All pictures on the site are direct pictures of our animals at the facility, ABSOLUTELY no adjustments have been made. In conjunction all animals on the available page represent 100% of the animal you will receive. And please don't hesitate to email or call us with any questions.

Our terms are easy. If the animal arrives dead please send us picture proof within the first 24 hours. After proof is sent and accepted we will send you a full refund of your money (shipping is not included in this), or a replacement animal if you see fit. If for some reason you are unhappy with you purchase please let us know, we can probably work it out. And sex is not 100% guaranteed unless visually sexed is posted on the available page.

Deposits will be accepted to hold an animal for 7 business days, unless other arrangements have been made. The deposit to hold an animal is 25%-50% of the cost of the gecko/order and is non-refundable after 10 days. We do not charge for any sort of packaging or heat/cold packs that need to be used. It is our responsibility the animal arrives safe and you should not have to pay for that guarantee.

Lastly shipping is done overnight only through UPS and the cost normally ranges from 35-55 dollars per package. You must make sure that you are present to receive the package or all guarantees are null and void. We can not guarantee a package to arrive live when it was sitting on a porch for hours. None the less we do guarantee live arrival, and do our best to satisfy every customers wishes.
